Lawn Care Assistant JC Lawn Care Service LLC Tobyhanna, PA Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining beautiful landscapes and providing exceptional lawn care services. This role involves working outdoors in various weather conditions, utilizing hand tools and equipment to ensure the health and aesthetics of residential and commercial properties. Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and edging lawns. Execute hardscape projects such as installing patios, walkways, and retaining walls. Dig and prepare areas for planting or installation of landscape features. Utilize hand tools and equipment effectively to maintain lawns and gardens. Monitor the health of plants and lawns, applying fertilizers and pest control as needed. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access to properties. Maintain equipment in good working condition through regular inspections and basic mechanical repairs. Communicate with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations for improvement. Experience Previous experience in landscape maintenance or lawn care is preferred but not required. Familiarity with mowing techniques, landscaping practices, and hardscape installation is a plus. Mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain lawn care equipment effectively. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
