, we proudly provide a range of services in the home care industry, serving both OLTL (Office of Long Term Living) and ODP (Office of Developmental Programs). We actively operate across 131+ townships and boroughs in Southeastern Pennsylvania, ensuring that our clients in Bucks, Chester, Delaware, Montgomery, and Philadelphia counties receive the highest quality of care and support. We are currently seeking Certified Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) who have obtained or are working toward the NADD Competency-Based Direct-Support Professional Certification . This role is vital in supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD) who also experience mental health conditions, helping them live meaningful, independent lives in their communities.

Job Responsibilities Include:

Deliver person-centered support to individuals with IDD and co-occurring mental health diagnoses Implement behavioral support plans, reinforce positive behaviors, and apply trauma-informed care strategies Assist with daily living tasks such as personal hygiene, meals, and mobility support Support individuals in achieving their personal goals in education, employment, and independent living Facilitate community inclusion by assisting with social skills development, recreational activities, and transportation Accurately document progress notes, behavioral observations, and incident reports in line with agency and state requirements Communicate and collaborate with families, support coordinators, clinicians, and other team members Promote advocacy and self-determination for all individuals served Maintain safety, dignity, and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications:

NADD Competency-Based DSP Certification (or actively working toward certification) High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s in Human Services or related field preferred At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with dual diagnoses (IDD/MI) Strong interpersonal, de-escalation, and conflict-resolution skills Ability to work independently and within a team environment Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must pass required FBI fingerprint, PA criminal background, and child abuse clearances CPR/First Aid certification (or ability to obtain upon hire) Basic computer literacy for documentation and scheduling

Preferred Qualifications:

Additional NADD certifications (e.g., DSP-Specialist, DSP-Trainer) Certification in Positive Behavior Support (PBS) or Crisis Prevention and Intervention (CPI) Experience with

OLTL/ODP

services and familiarity with ISP goals

Compensation & Schedule:

Pay:

$17.00 – $24.00 per hour (depending on experience and certification level)

Hours:

20-60 hours/week (Part-time, Full-time, Temporary, or Contract options available)

Shifts:
