Job Description
Experienced Home Care Assistant Administrator Confidential Philadelphia, PA 19119 We a rapidly expanding non-medical homecare company and have been in the industry for over 20 years and currently have operations in Pennsylvania, New York, Ohio, Missouri, Georgia and New Jersey. As the company continues to expand within the country, we are looking to hire an Assistant Administrator in our Pittsburgh office to assistant our Administrator. We are looking for a highly motivated and entrepreneurial person who has experience with Medicaid homecare in Pittsburgh. Have experience in home care management, not experience as a caregiver. Please note this is not a remote position. The person has to live in the state of Pennsylvania and commute to our Philadelphia area office. They also must have knowledge and experience of working with home care agencies within the state of Pennsylvania. This requirement is a must. This position will be reporting to the owners as well as the current Administrators. We look forward to hearing from you!
Qualifications:
High school diploma, bachelor’s degree preferred At least 3/4 years of experience working in a homecare agency with focus in management Strong understanding of Medicaid homecare – including state licensing and regulatory guidelines, and agency initiation/expansion. Must have valid driver’s license and car Proficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Proficient in Zoom meeting application Tech savvy, ability to easily pick up new technologies
