Hiring Event for Caregivers / Direct Support Professionals at the Pottsville CareerLink on Tuesday June 17th , 9am to 12 noon. Come in to the CareerLink to find out more about these positions, meet a company representative, apply and be interviewed.
SIGN-ON BONUS
$1,000 for Full-Time and $250 for Part-Time!
- Responsibilities of a Direct Support Professional
- Assist individuals with disabilities with their daily living and independence skills/personal care (may include grooming, bathing, feeding)
- Utilize Person Centered Plans to assess an individual’s needs
- Administer medication(s) and complete appropriate documentation
- Accompany individuals to and from appointments and activities
- Foster a meaningful relationship between the individuals and their community.
