• Sign-on bonus will be paid in two installments of $1000.00 following the completion of 90 days and 180 days of employment. Newly hired employees must have no written disciplines between 1st day of employment and 90th/180th days of employment. Newly hired part-time Direct Support Professionals are eligible for this bonus on a prorated basis.
• Referred employees must maintain employment for at least 90 days.
• Starting pay rate is based off of years of experience and current NADSP certifications (DSP-1, DSP-2, DSP-3)
