Direct Support Professional (DSP) Third Shift Position Available In Wyoming, Pennsylvania

Direct Support Professional (DSP) Third Shift Beacon Keystone Community Resources Falls, PA 18615 A family in the Falls area is seeking a local caregiver to provide compassionate care for their loved one living at home. The candidate will be a caring and goal-oriented person to provide companion service, third shift. The Direct Service Professional will assist this sweet woman with an Intellectual Disability with her self-care, ensure her health and safety are met, and provide supervision in her home. The ca candidate will work in a clean and friendly environment and be part of team with a common goal – making a positive impact on the quality of life of the person they support.

Description of Duties :

• work on goals as identified in the ISP
• participate in activities & assist with ADL’s and self- care
• ensure health and safety needs are met
• complete daily documentation of services
• communicate with other Support Staff and the guardian on an ongoing basis.

Job Expectations & Requirements :

• Must be punctual, reliable
• Be detail oriented
• At least 18 years of age, and willing to participate in background check
• Experience in the direct care field as a Caregiver, Direct Support Professional, or Support Service Professional
• Have reliable transportation

Current Scheduling Needs:

Full-Time, 3rd shift Monday 7P-9A Tuesday 7P-9A Saturday 6P-8
