Personal Care Assistant (PCA) Allegiance Home Care Inc. Windsor, SC 29856 Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children ages 0-3 . Responsibilities Provide personal care services such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Assist with daily living activities and promote independence. Implement behavior management techniques to support clients with special needs or disabilities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by following hygiene and safety protocols. Engage clients in social activities and provide companionship to enhance their emotional well-being. Collaborate with to develop personalized care plans. Experience Previous experience in home care is preferred. Experience with children from birth to 5 years old. Experience in behavior management techniques is a plus. Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with the family.
