• Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist clients with daily activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Responsibilities
• Provide personal care services such as bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and physical therapy exercises
• Perform household tasks including meal preparation and light housekeeping
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes in health status
• Maintain accurate records of patient care, including progress notes Requirements
• 1 year experience in hospice care, assisted living, or home health
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Ability to lift and transfer patients safely
• Familiarity with working with individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Strong communication skills and empathy towards senior care Qualifications TB Skin Test Valid Driver’s license and Auto insurance 1 year experience in senior care Strong communication skills Ability to provide patient care in the home Experience in caregiving for individuals with Alzheimer’s and memory care needs
