Contract (1099 Independent Contractor) Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including primary care, urgent care, and hospice care. This role requires a strong understanding of medical protocols and the ability to work effectively with patients who have developmental disabilities or require acute pain management.

Duties Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting Help with meal preparation, feeding, and ensuring proper nutrition Assist with mobility, including transferring, walking, and repositioning patients Monitor and record patient vital signs (temperature, pulse, etc.) Provide companionship and emotional support to patients and families Ensure the home environment is clean, safe, and comfortable for the patient Assist with light housekeeping tasks, including laundry and cleaning Report changes in patient condition to nursing staff or family members Follow care plans and document daily activities and observations Requirements Current Home Health Aide (HHA) certification (preferred) Previous experience as an HHA or caregiver (preferred) Valid government-issued ID Ability to pass a background check and provide TB test results (if required) Reliable transportation to visit patient homes Ability to lift and assist patients with mobility (must be physically capable) Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a strong desire to help others Comfortable working independently as a 1099 contractor Strong communication skills and attention to detail Why Choose Craffiti Care?
