Position Overview:

The Home Health Aide (HHA) at LarCare LLC is an integral member of our passionate team, dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care to seniors in their homes. The HHA will assist with daily living activities, ensure the well-being and safety of our clients, and play a pivotal role in fulfilling our mission. Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care:

Assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and ambulation. 2.

Meal Preparation:

Plan and prepare nutritious meals, and assist with feeding as necessary. 3.

Medication Reminders:

Remind clients to take their medications at prescribed times. 4.

Housekeeping:

Maintain a clean, safe, and healthy environment. This includes light housekeeping tasks like cleaning, dusting, laundry, and changing bed linens. 5.

Companionship:

Provide emotional and social support. Engage clients in meaningful conversations, recreational activities, or hobbies. 6.

Health Monitoring:

Monitor clients’ health by observing signs of illness or change in condition and reporting to the supervising nurse or coordinator. 7.

Maintain Client Confidentiality:

Ensure all client information remains confidential and adhere to all HIPAA guidelines. 8.

Documentation:
