REQUIREMENTS

High School Diploma orequivalent, valid driver’s license, reliable transportation that iswith you during your shift, active auto insurance, current vehicleregistration, clean criminal history and driving record. CurrentCPR/First Aid preferred Candidates should be proficient withcommunication, dependable, caring, flexible and willing to learn.

We are 8 houses strong in the Greenfield area and growing. You willbe cross trained in several houses to increase your opportunity forextra hours and advancement. Come grow with us We promote fromwithin. Responsibilities vary per homesite, but may include: Assistwith daily living activities, including preparing meals andassisting with personal hygiene. Complete and update dailypaperwork accurately. Transport individuals to job, variouscommunity activities and doctor appointments. Assist with teachingabout and preparing healthy meal plans to encourage optimal health.

Exhibit flexibility to changing situations and be able to adapt, asnecessary. Participate in required meetings and training.
