PCA Personal Care Assistant Community Home Care LLC McColl, SC 29570 Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Personal Care Assistant to provide essential support to patients in various healthcare settings. The ideal candidate will assist individuals with daily living activities, ensuring their comfort and well-being while promoting independence. Responsibilities Assist patients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing. Provide break for the parents. Monitor patient health by observing changes in condition and reporting them to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to patients. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Maintain a clean and safe environment for patients. Document care provided and report any concerns to the healthcare team.
