2nd/3rd shift DSP Provenance Staffing Easley, SC 29640 MUST
BE ABLE TO ATTEND A 2 WEEK TRAINING CLASS
Mon-Fri 9-5 (paid training)
FULL TIME POSITIONS
ROTATING 2ND & 3RD SHIFTS or
STRAIGHT MONDAY – FRIDAY SHIFTS ON 2ND & 3RD PART TIME POSITIONS
12-HOUR
WEEKEND SHIFTS
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will provide support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in an in-home environment. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others. Responsibilities are listed but not limited to:
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with special needs and disabilities
- Help individuals with their ADL’s & IADL’s
- Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors and ensure the safety of individuals
- Support individuals in developing & maintaining social skills and relationships
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their well-being
- Light housekeeping
- Meal preparation
Qualifications:
- Previous experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques is a PLUS
- Ability to lift and assist individuals with mobility needs
- Familiarity with assisted living or group home settings is beneficial
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, their families, & other healthcare professionals
