Full-Time/Part-Time Seeking experience Home Health Care Administrative Assistant. Must have experience in the Phoenix Medicaid system. The Office Administrative Assistant at the Life Time Home Care office is responsible for overseeing the daily administrative and operations of the office, ensuring that the administrative functions are running smoothly and efficiently. This role includes overseeing staff, maintaining records, and providing support to caregivers and clients to ensure quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Office Operations:
  • Oversee day-to-day office activities to ensure a productive and organized work environment.
  • Maintain and schedules, including caregiver assignments and appointments.
  • Handle incoming calls and inquiries, providing information and resolving concerns as needed.
Administrative Duties:
  • Maintain accurate client and employee records, including schedules, timesheets, and personnel files.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations, including maintaining necessary certifications and licenses.
  • Prepare reports, maintain office supplies, and manage office budgets.
Scheduling and Coordination:
  • Coordinate caregiver assignments to meet client needs and ensure appropriate coverage.
  • Manage changes in client schedules and communicate these changes to caregivers.

Qualifications:
