• Job Summary:

• THIS POSITION IS FOR IMMEDIATE START

  …. We are seeking a compassionate Home Health Aid’s to provide essential care and support to individuals in their homes or any setting of living. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, working with people with developmental disabilities, and possess knowledge of HIPAA regulations.

• Duties:

• Assist clients with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Monitor and record vital signs as needed
• Assist with mobility and transfers, utilizing proper lifting techniques
• 1 Errand per week
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients

• Experience:

• The successful candidate should have experience in the following areas:
• Working with people with developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations
• Ability to take vital signs accurately
• Experience in assisted living settings
