Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to individuals in their homes.
Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care tasks, such as bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Provide assistance with mobility and physical therapy exercises
- Perform light housekeeping tasks, including cleaning and meal preparation
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health status
- Follow care plans and ensure the client’s needs are met
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
Experience:
- Experience in catheter care
- Knowledge of hospice care and assisted living facilities
