We are hiring part-time Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) for weekend shifts in Maryville, TN . This role is perfect for compassionate individuals looking to make a difference while earning competitive pay and receiving fully paid training, including CPR and First Aid certification . Duties and Responsibilities Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation. Administer medications (following certification) and accompany individuals to medical appointments. Support clients in achieving personal goals through person-centered care plans (PCSPs). Promote independence, dignity, and choice in a safe and respectful environment. Facilitate community involvement and provide transportation to events and appointments. Maintain accurate documentation of care, health updates, and activities. Uphold strict confidentiality and HIPAA compliance. Collaborate with families, caregivers, and the support team to ensure quality of life. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older with a high school diploma or equivalent. Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and acceptable driving record. Ability to lift and assist individuals with physical support needs. Must pass a drug screening, TB test, and background checks. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Prior experience in care or support roles preferred, but not required. Paid training provided , including CPR and First Aid certification .
