We provide 24-hour assisted living in a residential setting at Just Like Home Senior Living in Nashville, TN. Our luxurious home offers 10 private Bedrooms, each with its own bath. We prioritize our residents’ well-being by providing chef-prepared meals and engaging activities. Located on 2 acres in the beautiful community of Bellevue, we offer a tranquil and caring environment. Role Description We are currently seeking part-time caregiver for our personal care home at Just Like Home Senior Living in Nashville, TN. As a Caregiver, you will provide essential support and assistance to individual seniors. Your role will involve direct support, caregiving, and ensuring the well-being of our residents. If you have a passion for helping others and making a positive impact in their lives, we would love to hear from you. This is an on-site presence position in Nashville, TN. Qualifications Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, meal preparation, laundry and housekeeping. Medication management Monitor and document changes in residents’ physical and mental health Implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident A passion for providing care and support to seniors. Engagement with our seniors is most important. Playing games, cooking, reading, doing exercises, etc.. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions Empathy, patience, and understanding Certification in First Aid and CPR is a plus Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect for residents’ privacy Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations Physical stamina and the ability to assist with lifting and transferring residents Flexibility to work day, evening, and weekend shifts Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
