Direct Support Professional (DSP) Foremost Care inc. Nashville, TN 37115 ## Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to provide care and support to individuals in need. The ideal candidate will have experience in memory care, dementia care, and behavior management, ensuring the well-being and safety of our clients. ## Responsibilities
- Assist individuals with daily living activities in a home or community setting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to clients
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, such as social workers and nurses, to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and interactions ## Skills
- Experience in memory care, dementia care, and behavior management
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with home or community-based care systems
