CLIENT’S AVAILABLE HOURS 40
hour work week, varying schedules 1st, 2nd and 12hr shifts available, weekends available also
SUMMARY OF CLIENT’S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY
Personal care: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
Feeding:
Cooking meals that meet client dietary needs
Transportation:
Helping clients get to appointments and organizing transportation arrangements Health care: Medical monitoring and reminding clients to take their medications Life skills: Teaching communication, problem-solving, and decision-making Behavior plans: Creating plans to help clients achieve their goals
Housekeeping:
Vacuuming, washing dishes, and tidying
CLIENT’S REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
The following are required: Ability to implement health care plans and to respond appropriately in an emergency Behavioral Health experience A car is required for higher pay High school graduate or equivalent required 18+ years old, eligible to work in the United States A valid driver’s license
