00/hour plus fuel reimbursement employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Home Health Aide/Caregiver Special Care Incorporated is currently hiring to fill full-time and part-time positions for caregivers in the Norwood neighborhood of Knoxville. We also have a variety of other first and second shift clients available in our service area. The case we are actively hiring for is Monday through Friday, 27 hours per week but we have additional cases and hours available for applicants wanting 40 hours. The case hours are
Mon:
10:00am-4:00pm
Tues:
10:00am-3:00pm
Wed:
10:00am-3:00pm
Thurs:
10:00am-3:00pm
Fri:
10:00am-4:00pm For additional hours, we are able to work with any availability and are able to schedule around childcare availability, college class schedules, etc. We are a non-medical home health agency that specializes in assisting our patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as cooking, dressing, bathing, light housekeeping, and running errands. No licensing is necessary to apply with our company and we are happy to train those with no experience.
Job Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must pass criminal background check with no violent felonies
- Must pass federal and state sex offender registry checks
- Must have personal transportation (clients do have errands as part of their services and aides must be able to run them)
- Previous experience a plus but not required
