- Full-Time Evenings Adult Community Training (ACT) is an agency in Loudon County that provides support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
We are currently hiring Direct Support Professionals for caregiving positions in one of our homes in Loudon, TN. No prior experience is required — we provide all necessary training.

Schedule:
Monday through Friday, 4:00 PM to 12:00
AM Location:
Loudon, TN Pay:
$15.37 per hour You will be working directly with four individuals who live in the home.
Key Responsibilities:
This position involves hands-on personal care and daily living support. The individuals you will be supporting require full assistance with toileting, including changing adult briefs and providing personal hygiene care after voiding or bowel movements. Some individuals have limited mobility and need full physical assistance with transfers, which may involve lifting, tugging, and supporting their body weight to help them reposition or stand.
