The bonus will be paid in two installments:$250 after the new hire completes one full month in the position (training time is not included).Another $250 after three full months in the position (again, excluding training time).

We are currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to work directly with two individuals in one of our residential homes. While having intellectual disabilities, they also have a lot of behavioral challenges. Someone with experience is preferred. About the Role As a Direct Support Professional , you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for individuals with intellectual disabilities, some of whom have behavioral challenges. This position requires patience, empathy, and a commitment to providing person-centered care. Prior experience is preferred but not required. Key Responsibilities Assist with personal care needs, including hygiene, showering, toileting, and cleaning up after voiding and bowel movements. Provide support with daily living activities such as meal preparation, medication administration, and community outings. Encourage independence while ensuring a safe and nurturing environment. Engage in social and recreational activities to promote well-being and community integration. Maintain a clean and organized living space to ensure comfort and safety. Communicate effectively with team members to provide the best possible care.
