HOME HEALTH AIDE
Responsibilities:
Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, grooming, and dressing Provide emotional support and companionship to residents Help residents with mobility by transferring and positioning them safely Record and maintain accurate documentation of residents’ care and daily activities Follow all safety and infection control protocols Assist with feeding residents and providing hydration Communicate effectively with residents, their families, and healthcare team members
HOME HEALTH AIDE
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience in a healthcare setting, preferably long-term care or assisted living Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays Must pass a background check
