Direct Support Professional 3.4 3.4 out of 5 stars 412 West 9th Street, Columbia, TN 38401 The King’s Daughters’ School is a private, residential boarding school that serves individuals with intellectual disabilities and autism. We are seeking Residential Assistants to work in a house with 8-12 clients. CPR certification provided.
Schedule:
Full-time evenings Mon-Fri 3pm-11pm 40 hrs/week $16/hr Full-time weekends Sat 8am-Mon 12am (sleep on the clock sat night) 40 hrs/week $18/hr Part-time weekends Sat and Sun 8am-10pm full shift, or partial shift 8am-4pm, 3pm-11pm, 12pm-10pm 28 hrs/week if you work full shift $17/hr Part-time midnights Fri and Sat nights 10pm-8am 20 hrs/week $17/hr Minimum requirements: At least 18 years old High school diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver’s license preferred 1 year of experience working with individuals with intellectual disabilities and/or autism preferred. Be in good health and free of mental and/or physical limitations which would interfere in dealing appropriately with the client’s handicapping conditions and behavior disorders. Clean criminal background (no felony convictions, no abuse, assault or neglect convictions). TB skin test and work physical required upon hire. Successfully pass drug screen.
Primary responsibilities:
