SCHEDULING and will work around your availability. You tell us the hours and days you want to work and we will tailor a schedule that is right just for you. Home care responsibilities include but not limited to: Assistance with Personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, running errands for clients, medication reminders, companionship, etc. Each client requires different levels of care based on their needs. Reporting to a supervisor or care manager, you will utilize core skills such as personal hygiene assistance, mobility support, and companionship. Your role will also benefit from premium skills in communication, problem-solving, and empathy, allowing you to effectively address the unique needs of each client. With relevant skills in meal preparation, medication reminders, and light housekeeping, you will contribute significantly to a nurturing and safe environment for those you care for. Qualifications Compassionate and patient demeanor Experience in personal care or caregiving roles Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to assist with daily living activities Basic knowledge of medical terminology and health care practices Certification in CPR and first aid preferred Ability to follow care plans and maintain accurate records
