education: Bachelors responsibilities: Lead a team by providing guidance, training, and support adhering to safety and quality standards Tensile testing, microhardness, Cup Press, Earing, sample preparation equipment Coordinate lab workflow ensuring prompt sample turnaround times Ensuring testing accuracy and standard compliance Lead and instruct Laboratory Technicians in everyday testing and maintenance of equipment Production testing, trials and improvement or development to minimize testing delays. Manage retained sample and spare parts inventory Hands on assistance with testing and laboratory work load as needed Maintain calibration, verification and operation of lab equipment Ensure quality data from in-process samples and finished products meet test standards Record/analyze test results, maintain accurate records, and report deviations or non-conformities Support ISO/IEC 17025, as well as additional customer testing compliance requirements
