This position requires patience, empathy, time management, and professionalism with superiors, peers, subordinates, and providers.

Essential Functions:

Organize the intake and logistics of incoming samples to ensure the highest level of specimen processing and accuracy to meet turnaround times Coordinate with the team to ensure all laboratory functions are completed in a timely manner Monitor accessioning of clinical samples in the laboratory information management system following SOPs Manage any discrepancies in clinical samples

Required Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree preferred. 2 years of data entry experience required. Accurate data entry of records. Maintain strict confidentiality. Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. Ability to manage change.
