Product Development Specialist – Bessemer, AL Onin Staffing is actively seeking a Product Development Lab Technician to join the team of a leading Precast Shapes Supplier located in Bessemer, AL.
Pay Rate:
$20-$25/hr (based on experience)
Schedule:
Monday-Friday | 1st
Shift Position Summary:
The Lab Technician will play a key role in supporting the product development process by working directly with development engineers. Responsibilities include operating specialized laboratory equipment, assisting with lab efficiency improvements, and managing multiple projects at various stages of development. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to communicate clearly within a team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate standard and specialized lab equipment
Assist engineers with product trials and material testing
Help with assembly, maintenance, and calibration of lab equipment
Track progress and maintain accurate documentation for multiple active projects
Support continuous improvement efforts within the lab How to
