13 weeks About the Role Are you a detail-oriented Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) looking to bring your skills to a vital role in healthcare? Join our dedicated lab team in Eureka Springs, AR where your work will directly support timely and accurate patient diagnoses. You’ll be part of a collaborative environment that values precision, safety, and teamwork. What You’ll Do Perform routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests (hematology, chemistry, urinalysis, etc.) Operate and maintain laboratory instruments and analyzers Ensure proper specimen collection, handling, and processing Adhere to quality control and regulatory standards (CLIA, CAP, HIPAA) Communicate findings clearly with healthcare providers Requirements Associate’s Degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or related field ASCP required. Min of 2 years of experience required. Must have strong blood bank experience. Have to work independentaly.
