Stability Technician (2025) CPL Ventures Trumbull, CT 06611
DESCRIPTION:
Support research and development for a Fortune 500 company’s personal care brands. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Review of quality testing specifications for a variety of personal care product formats. Retrieval of samples from various temperature condition stability chambers. Assessment of key quality specifications such as pH, viscosity, and color. Entry and review of results in the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) database. Must have a positive, flexible attitude and strong communication, organizational, and time management skills. Must be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Ability to stand and walk for most of the day while working in the lab or pilot plant
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
Minimum:
associate degree in a scientific discipline with 2 years of laboratory experience (college or professional)
Preferred:
Chemical Engineering or Chemistry bachelors degree with 2-3 years of laboratory or manufacturing experience

We work with our industry partners and clients to provide technical consulting and contracted lab services to deliver fast-paced innovation projects. We help to identify technical capability opportunities, optimization of current processes, and logistical consulting for technical project management. Services include research and development of ideas to early stage prototypes, troubleshooting and resolutions to current technical challenges, and delivery of products to the market. •Position is a temporary contract for 2025 with the potential to extend. Hourly rate will be commensurate with experience.
