We are seeking a skilled Bilingual R D Lab Technician to join our dynamic Research & Development team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced lab environment, enjoys hands-on work, and has a strong interest in innovation. The successful candidate will play a key role in developing and testing new products while ensuring accurate documentation and communication across teams in both English and Spanish.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct experiments, tests, and analyses to support the development of new products and formulations. Operate and maintain lab equipment, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare samples, record data, and document findings with precision. Translate technical documents, procedures, and test results between English and Spanish as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. Assist in maintaining an organized, efficient, and safe laboratory environment. Stay updated on industry trends and innovations to support continuous improvement efforts.
Qualifications:
Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biology, or a related field. Proven experience in a lab setting (R D experience preferred). Fluent in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and software. Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and a collaborative mindset. Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of pharmaceutica regulations, FDA, GMP, or ISO standards is a plus.
