No Essential Job Functions:

1. Maintains and cleans laboratory rooms and equipment to ensure cleanliness and proper maintenance according to specifications. 2. Orders and stocks supplies and materials to ensure inventory is maintained at the appropriate level. 3. Monitors and directs the activities of student employees, students and teaching assistants to ensure that standard policies and practices are adhered to. 4. Enforces all lab safety protocols and have knowledge of chemical and biological handling, storage, and disposal. 5. Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Job Requirements:
Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

1. Computer literate; must be able to work with spreadsheets and databases. 2. Able to work both days and/or night. 3. Must be able to work with diverse group of people 4. Ability to communicate effectively with others. 5. Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues and supervisory staff at all levels.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS

1. May be exposed to short, intermittent, and/or prolonged periods of sitting and/or standing in performance of job duties. 2. May be required to accomplish job duties using various types of equipment/supplies, to include but not limited to pens, pencils and computer keyboards.
