QC Lab Technician Position Available In Duval, Florida

Job Description + Perform routine and non-routine chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products. + Operate and maintain laboratory instruments such as GC, HPLC, FTIR, UV-Vis, pH meters, and titrators. + Accurately document test results and maintain detailed records in accordance with GMP and ISO standards. + Identify deviations or non-conformances and assist in root cause analysis and corrective actions. + Support validation and calibration of laboratory equipment and test methods. + Collaborate with production and R D teams to resolve quality issues and improve product consistency. + Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements. + Participate in internal audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. Qualifications + Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field. + 1-3 years of experience in a chemical manufacturing or laboratory environment preferred. + Familiarity with analytical techniques and quality systems (GMP, ISO 9001). + Strong attention to detail, organizational, and communication skills. + Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office and laboratory information management systems (LIMS) is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.00 – $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
