We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Anatomic Lab Technician I to join our dynamic team. This role supports surgical training labs by managing lab setup, equipment preparation, specimen handling, and post-lab cleanup. You will play a vital part in delivering high-quality education experiences to both internal employees and external healthcare professionals. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Comfortable working with and around human cadaveric specimens is essential , as this role involves handling, preparation, and proper documentation of anatomical materials. You’ll work closely with education, sales, marketing, and field teams to ensure training labs are executed smoothly and safely.

Miami, FL Hourly Pay Rate:
$22 Temp to hire role Travel up to 20%, all travel/lodging covered 100% Monday-Friday 8am-5pm or 9am-6pm with overtime expected periodically Must be bilingual in Spanish and English Key Responsibilities Lab Coordination & Support Manage lab scheduling, invitations, and logistics using Microsoft Outlook. Prepare workstations with instruments, power tools, PPE, and disposables. Set up and process cadaveric specimens, including thawing, prepping, and labeling. Ensure availability and functionality of A/V and fluoroscopy equipment. Support both on-site and off-site lab events, including packing, shipping, and tracking lab materials and instruments. Post-Lab Duties Collect, disinfect, and sterilize reusable instruments and devices. Safely dispose of contaminated and biohazard materials. Document specimen usage, explant devices, and store materials appropriately. Reset lab environments and prepare them for future use. Inventory & Equipment Management Maintain inventory levels for lab supplies, surgical instruments, and implants. Inspect and track all equipment and instruments for serviceability. Coordinate specimen ordering, documentation, and traceability. Schedule regular maintenance and replacements of surgical tools and devices. Facility & Asset Management Perform weekly cleaning and upkeep of Clinical Experience Center (CEC) spaces. Manage storage areas, locker rooms, and workstations for cleanliness and functionality. Track incoming and outgoing shipments for training events and equipment. Administrative Tasks Maintain up-to-date records, forms, and inventory trackers in Excel and internal systems. Collaborate with Field Marketing, R D, and Education teams to confirm lab requirements. Verify proper documentation is present with incoming cadaveric tissue shipments. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred or equivalent experience. Must be comfortable working with and around human cadaveric specimens Bilingual in Spanish and English Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and Excel. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities. Must be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and supporting physical lab setup/teardown. Experience in a lab, surgical, clinical, or educational support setting is a plus.
