Position Summary:

The crystal process technician will support the crystal engineering team with a variety of technician tasks. Pay

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

Test various crystal products (i.

e:

Filter crystals, discrete, monolithic, MRW versions as well as round blank crystals. Performs screening and qualification processes such as G-sensitivity, phase noise, vibration, shock, thermal shock, etc. Fix, clean, rebuild, and update equipment assigned. Creates and updates production documentation and/or procedures assigned. Perform experiments as defined by engineering team keeping detailed records Perform various production processes as needed to assist Performs data collection and work towards statistical evaluation of processes Makes data sheets per customer’s requirements All other assigned duties to support Crystal Engineering Dept Knowledge, skills, &

Abilities:

Understand and utilize Excel for data collection and evaluation Hands on position requiring interaction among multiple disciplines. Familiarity with multiple software packages such as Microsoft word, excel and power point Excellent written and verbal skills Must be able to work on ITAR data without a license

Education, Experience, & Training:

Crystal Manufacturing Experience preferred Associates degree or equivalent preferred

Physical Requirements & Working Environment:

Ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time. Work in an office environment. Perform tasks in a clean room environment Minimal lifting (30 lbs.) requirements. 9840957
