Clinical Laboratory Technician Cancer Cell Diagnostics Jupiter, FL 33458 Job Summary We are looking for a Clinical Lab Technician with a strong foundation in laboratory operations and hands-on experience in cell culture. You’ll play a critical role in supporting daily lab workflows that directly impact patient care. Your Responsibilities Culture and maintain human cells for diagnostic and R D purposes Process and handle biological samples (e.g., blood, tissue, fluids) with precision and care Perform lab techniques such as pipetting, microscopy, staining, and media prep Operate and maintain laboratory instruments (centrifuges, incubators, microscopes, PCR equipment) Document all procedures and results clearly, following SOPs and regulatory guidelines Support lab quality control efforts and assist in data/report preparation Contribute to a collaborative, safety-conscious lab environment What We’re Looking For Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Biology, Biotechnology, or related life sciences Minimum 1 year of hands-on cell culture with primary cells or cell lines experience required Familiarity with clinical lab environments and sterile technique Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Reliable, independent, and adaptable in a fast-paced setting Comfortable working in a regulated lab (CLIA, CAP experience is a plus) Preferred Qualifications (Not Required) Previous experience in oncology, pathology, or molecular diagnostics Familiarity with specimen tracking systems or LIS software Startup lab or diagnostic test development experience
