This role offers flexible scheduling, including part-time or full-time options. This position plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our lab by managing and processing samples, maintaining equipment, and supporting efficient workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive and process samples delivered to the lab. Operate laboratory equipment and machines to analyze samples accurately and efficiently. Upload test results into the electronic system in a timely and precise manner. Monitor and maintain lab inventory and supplies, ensuring all necessary materials are stocked. Follow protocols for sample handling, equipment maintenance, and safety regulations. Keep the laboratory organized and clean, adhering to compliance and quality standards. Communicate with the team to ensure seamless lab operations.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
Certification or degree in a laboratory-related field (Preferred). Medical Assistants, EMTs, Paramedics, CNAs (Preferred). Experience working in a lab environment is a plus but not required – training will be provided.
Skills & Competencies:
Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work independently and follow strict protocols. Basic computer skills, including familiarity with data entry systems.
