The successful candidate must be able to assist product developers with project tasks to completion. This will include but not limited to product and sample preparation, product sampling support, complete analyses on syrup and finished product samples, coordinate shipping of samples and compete product validation testing with equipment.

education: Bachelors responsibilities: Prepare product formulations and support documentation as part of the product approval process.
Conduct product analyses for syrup and finished beverages, including pH, titratable acidity, Brix, and other product attributes.
Validate products using fountain equipment for FCB (Frozen Carbonated
oordinate sample shipments to manufacturing facilities, company employees, and other parties of interest.
Maintain lab cleanliness and organization.
Restock ingredients and supplies.
Discard expired products and ingredients.
Facilitate periodic cleaning activities (Coordinate Quarterly Cleaning Activities).

qualifications:

Required:

B.S. degree in major in food science, food technology, food engineering or food nutrition
1+ years of experience
Good of knowledge of food technology/product development
Good knowledge of food chemistry and complex food systems (food ingredients and their interactions)
Good knowledge of food and beverage process technology, food hygiene and food microbiology skills: Biology, Chemistry, GLP (Good Laboratory Practice),
