Job Description:

As a Lab Technician, you will be working with Design, Validation, and Software Engineers specializing in PMIC and DDR5 memory systems at Montage Technology. You will be a key contributor working with and supporting all teams ensuring the reliability, performance, and compatibility of our advanced memory components and technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Solder rework of fine pitch devices including BGAs, solder in probe tips, and 0201 and smaller components Basic Debug and repair of test boards Bring Support PCs online including basic settings and automated software installs Maintenance of equipment Basic bringup of new equipment including IP settings

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree in Electrical/ Electrician Technology Strong experience in Fine pitch soldering and rework 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferred in the semiconductor industry. Experience with Schematic and PCB layout viewer tools Ability to debug and fix faulty connections Good problem-solving skills Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to maintain equipment Ability to work in a multitude of different areas
