QC Lab Technician A&B Staffing Services LLC Gainesville, GA 30504 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control Lab Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of our products through rigorous testing and analysis in an industrial laboratory setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in laboratory techniques, molecular biology, and histology, with a passion for scientific research and development. The candidate will be performing chemical and physical analyses and tests required for quality control processes or products and ensure compliance of the customer specifications.
RESPONSIBILITIES AND EXPECTATIONS
Required to understand and follow all company policies and procedures, safety requirements, cGMP regulations and customer requirements applicable to this position. Perform Physical and Chemical analysis of raw materials and any other material coming to the Lab for testing. Operating equipment needed to perform testing such as HPLC, GC, UV, IR, Solids Meter, Density Meter, Moisture Meter, Refractometer, etc. Maintain a daily Laboratory Notebook documenting work performed per GMP and GLP regulations. For any material that does not meet specification, perform a root cause analysis. Calibration of Lab Equipment and keeping Calibration Logbooks current. Review other QC Lab Technician’s data for correctness. Perform material and product release functions in JDE Perform other duties as assigned by QC MAnager or Technical Director. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field or equivalent experience in an industrial laboratory setting. Proficiency in laboratory techniques related to quality control, including experience with histology and molecular biology. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.

$20.00 – $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week
