Laboratory Assistant Commercial Casework, Inc 505 Shire Parkway, Social Circle, GA 30025 Job Summary We are seeking a detail-oriented Laboratory Assistant to join our team. The Laboratory Assistant will support scientific research by assisting with various laboratory tasks and ensuring smooth operations. Responsibilities Prepare and organize laboratory equipment and supplies Assist in conducting experiments and analyzing results Perform histology procedures under supervision Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the laboratory Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) for laboratory tests Record data accurately and maintain detailed records Assist in the calibration and maintenance of laboratory instruments Qualifications Knowledge of laboratory procedures and protocols Ability to analyze data and draw valid conclusions Familiarity with microbiology techniques is a plus Understanding of CGMP and GLP standards Proficiency in using Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS) Strong math skills for accurate measurements Experience working in an industrial laboratory setting is advantageous
