We are seeking experienced and motivated General Lab Technicians to join our dynamic team in Shreveport, Louisiana . This role requires a strong foundation in laboratory procedures, a detail-oriented mindset, and the ability to work flexible shifts. Candidates will play a critical role in supporting diagnostic and clinical testing operations by ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance across laboratory processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform quality control and assurance activities to ensure compliance with laboratory standards and protocols Handle, label, and process specimens accurately for diagnostic and analytical testing Conduct routine and specialized testing and analysis on biological samples using various laboratory instruments and technologies Maintain detailed and accurate data entry and prepare test result reports in a timely manner Collaborate with lab supervisors and medical staff to ensure proper workflow and adherence to safety guidelines Maintain cleanliness and organization of lab workspaces in compliance with health and safety regulations Participate in equipment calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting activities

Qualifications:
