Lab Technician Job Summary:

Our client is a manufacturer of specialty chemicals. The Laboratory Technician role is responsible for sample management, quality inspection, and manufacturing support of these chemical additives.

Candidate Profile:

BS in Chemistry or Biology with a minor in Chemistry preferred, and/or science field with strong knowledge and understanding of chemical processes and principles; Entry level to 2 years exp. in chemical manufacturing lab environment; Knowledge of basic chemistry principles and chemical analysis techniques, use of lab processing equipment; Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills; Knowledge of statistical data analysis techniques; Computer literate, MS Excel, LIMS and SAP. Strong interpersonal skills, with team environment mindset and an even temperament; Excellent technical, interpersonal, and communication skills. Able to take direction and always conduct oneself in a respectful and professional manner. Exhibit good manufacturing practices, corporate, and safety policies.

$26.12 – $28.53 per hour
