Your Challenge:

Performmetallurgical, mechanical and chemical lab testing, providing oversightof chemical processes, control and maintain documentation of all relatedprocedures and processes in several different databases and hard copyfiles while performing routine laboratory procedures such as samplepreparation and laboratory testing Prepare, inspect, test and analyzemetallographic samples to determine if they meet blue print and customerspecifications Conduct wet chemical analysis such as titrations andother instrumental methods to ensure that in-house chemical processingtanks and etchants have the correct chemical balances Control and managelab reports, records and documentation in compliance with documentretention regulations. Maintain laboratory inventory of supplies andreagents. In addition to Lab Technician duties, cross training will berequired to learn and perform other duties as necessary includingplasma/masking, painting, etc.

Education Requirements:

High schooldiploma or equivalent required. This position is a safety sensitiveposition. Applicant must comply with all applicable FAA and DOT drug andalcohol testing rules.
