Off Responsibilities:

• Follows all applicable LOTO and JSA procedures
• Follows all procedures for operating lab test equipment
• Prepare lab test samples and perform testing
• Able to balance production operation audits with laboratory testing to prioritize production demands
• Understands role in QMS and applicable procedures
• Verifies material meets specifications o Communicates in timely manner when it does not
• Familiarity with IQMS system to: o View production schedule o Transfer items to and from hold location o Identify suspect material inventory in IQMS
• Transfer, contain, and labels any nonconforming material in IQMS o Maintains accurate records of hold and clean hold cage area
• Prepares and tests nonwoven and incoming fiber material following all specified procedures o Color o Material physical properties
• Maintains and provides accurate summaries/reports for all test results in Microsoft Excel
• Thoroughly perform and document line audits to verify correct machine settings against and in-process measurements (i.e., weight, thickness, dimensions) against Matspecs
• Perform and document warehouse audits for visual packaging standards (i.

e., carpet up/down)

Minimum Requirements:

• Intermediate computer and data entry skills, with ability to use IQMS system.
• A solid work ethic and the ability to cooperate with all coworkers
• Adheres to all company guidelines
• Works together to cover coworker vacations
• No more than 4 occurrences in a rolling 12-month period
• Cannot be on final warning or above for any issue
• Maintains a positive attitude

$20.00 – $22.00 per hour
