Summary:
The Technical Quality Coordinator role is responsible for technical initiatives and standardization related to laboratory methodologies and processes across all NorDx sites. This role communicates and troubleshoots technical/quality issues, and assists with safety problems and inspections Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
Education:
Associate’s Degree in Medical Technology required. Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Technology preferred.
License/Certifications:
Current certification as a technologist/technician by a recognized professional organization (e.g., ASCP, BOR, NCA) required. Certification as a Generalist is preferred. Valid Driver’s license required.
Experience:
Two years relevant laboratory experience required. In-depth knowledge of quality control and laboratory instrumentation required.
