Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Laboratory Technician to perform essential laboratory tasks under the supervision of a Full-Time Employee (FTE). Responsibilities include various activities such as seed dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding, reagent preparation, and other routine laboratory functions. Lab teams may shift, and tasks may vary based on the current production season and daily laboratory needs. Our laboratory specializes in high-throughput Seed Quality Testing, playing a crucial role in supporting the Row Crop Production Organization of a leading agricultural company. We are committed to ensuring the highest standards of seed quality through rigorous testing and analysis.
Schedule:
This team has 2 shifts, M-F 6:30am -3pm and M-F 9am – 5:30pm Hourly pay: $22 per hour (W2) paid weekly. Join us and be part of a team that is shaping the future of agriculture!

Proficiency in conducting repetitive tasks with hands, wrists, and arms.
