• Laboratory Technician – Seed Quality Testing

• Potential Start Dates:

• 7/7, 7/14, 7/21, or 7/28

• Department Overview:

• Join a dynamic team supporting a leading agricultural company’s Row Crop Production Organization. Our high-throughput laboratory plays a vital role in ensuring seed quality through rigorous testing and analysis.

• Position Summary:

• We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented
• Laboratory Technician
• to carry out routine lab tasks under the guidance of a Full-Time Employee (FTE). Responsibilities include seed handling (dropping, crushing, planting, harvesting, counting, grinding), reagent preparation, and other routine lab duties. Assignments may vary depending on production season and daily lab needs.

• 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM +
• 2nd

Shift:

• 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM( _

• Key Responsibilities:

• + Operate lab equipment to generate accurate, high-quality data + Assist with receiving and inspecting materials; manage inventory of supplies + Follow established protocols and procedures to ensure compliance and consistency + Apply basic scientific practices to support daily testing and quality control + Perform routine and preventive maintenance on lab equipment as directed

• Minimum Requirements:

• + Associate degree in a scientific discipline (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Agriculture) + Ability to lift 40-50 lbs + Ability to stand for extended periods (4-6 hours) + Comfort with repetitive tasks involving hands, wrists, and arms

• Preferred Qualifications:

• + Experience in a fast-paced or collaborative lab environment + Familiarity with general laboratory procedures and safety protocols

• Pay Details:

• $20.
