QUALITY CONTROL LAB TECHNICIAN
– 2nd Shift Confidential Hickory, NC 28601 Our company is an industry leading, privately owned manufacturer in the Hickory, North Carolina area. We are seeking a friendly and professional person to join our team. This position is for a Quality Control Lab Technician. There will be a mix of office and warehouse duties. Technical and computer skills are required. Job Responsibilities include but not limited to: QC product Review label accuracy Scan picking tickets / bill of ladings Maintain retain samples Calibrate viscometer Professionally respond to customer emails Send COAs, SDSs and TDSs Prepare UPS and FedEx packages for shipment File paperwork (picking tickets, BOLs, label review checklists, scanned invoices, etc)

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Experience with Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Multi-tasking skills, attention to detail and organization skills are required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in non-climate controlled environment (typical hot/cold warehouse)
